Australians with disability face 2x the unemployment rate of the general population. Meanwhile, 85% of local businesses report labour shortages as holding back their growth.
flexie is a remote talent platform which hires Australians with disability and offers their services to businesses.
Within 18 months, we aim to hire 4,000 Australians with disability, serve our businesses customers and help people be proud of their careers.
flexie was founded by four MBA candidates at Melbourne Business School. Together, we have 16 tertiary qualifications and over 50 years of industry experience.
With our knowledge of the Australian labour market, employment law, digital platforms, and lived experience of disability, we can’t wait to boost Australia’s post-COVID economic recovery and change perceptions of what people with disability can do.
